Richard has been great with George from day one, and is very good at calming him down by rocking and bouncing him and reading Mother Goose rhymes to him. I've gotten to spend a lot of quality time cuddling with George, thanks to breastfeeding, and I've really enjoyed it--even in the middle of the night!
Meeting Grandma--My mom arrived less than 24 hours after George did! My mom's luggage had both boy and girl clothes in it, and she and Kelly were on their way to the airport (at the nearby Ikea) when they got the news that George was born. They had just enough time to take the girl clothes out before check-in!
